This release is a live 'best of' set pulling from the four EPs he released in 2023. Selecting five tracks to highlight, Ian and artist friends met in California with an HD camera, a Super 8 camera, and a bunch of gear. Featuring Ian Ewing on the drums, Birocratic on the bass, and Ornithology (aka SCayos) on the Rhodes keyboard, the listening and viewing experience feels like sitting on a couch in the living room of close friends. It feels analog, organic, lost in time. The hazy grainy vibes and the crackling chatter come through perfectly in this 20 minute session. A Tiny Desk without the desk. A bunch of friends grooving as the sun goes down.
